Lemon face mask

Lemon has a number of great elements that can help provide nourishment for the body. It’s actually quite a common natural remedy for oily skin. It contains vitamin C, potassium, citric acid and something called lutein.

Vitamin C helps with the production of collagen…so instead of getting cosmetic surgery…try having some lemon to encourage good skin strength first!

Citric acid helps reduce the effects of any acne break outs. The citric acid tightens pores and revitalizes dull skin providing a nice healthy glow. It fights any wrinkles, encourages regeneration of new cells and can balance out any discolouration in the skin.

Lutein is predominantly found in super foods such as kale, spinach and zucchini but there is also traces of it within lemons. Lutein aids the skins antioxidant construction and helps provide support for the skins UV defences. It also fights any early warning signs of aging.
